Children under 18 will not be allowed into the halls during build up and breakdown.
Registration fees do not include any other meals, travel and accommodation, insurance, and visa.

Payment, Cancellation, Refund, and Substitution
- Cancellations can be done on or before April 5, 2024 with refund less 20% Administration Cancellations received after this date will be liable for the full registration fee. The organizer shall not be liable for refunds should visas not be obtained.
- Registrations made on or after April 5, 2024 are not eligible for a refund should they decide to cancel at a later.
- Substitutions can be made only until April 30, 2024.
- Registration is not considered complete unless payment is received by the relevant due.
- Cancellations and substitution must be made in writing and should be sent to registrations@e3-worldwide.com
- Refunds will take up to 60 working days to be processed from the confirmation date.
